Terms of Service

These are the terms for working with Studio Boost (Yehuda Cohen, Miami, Florida). Short version: free for 30 days, then $500 a month, cancel any time.

The service

I work on your Google Business Profile, keep your website running and reply to your Google reviews, as we agree by email. You keep ownership of your accounts, your site and your content.

Free 30 days

The first 30 days cost nothing and you do not need to give a card. If you want to keep going after that, we agree on it in writing.

Price and billing

After the free period the price is $500 a month, billed monthly in advance. It is month to month. Cancel by email any time and you will not be billed for the next month. Payments already made are not refunded.

Access

You give me the access I need (for example manager access to your Google profile). You can remove it whenever you want.

No guarantees

I do careful work, but I cannot promise specific rankings, review scores or bookings. Google decides how it shows results.

Liability

My total liability to you is limited to what you paid me in the last three months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
